Dried Flower Care

  • Always handle your dried and preserved arrangements with care and keep out of reach of children.

  • Never wet them or spray with perfume etc.

  • To keep the colours vivid - avoid direct sunlight.

  • Avoid rooms with high humidity.

  • A drop of essential oil on the stems may help to improve the fragrance (or keep near an essential oil diffuser).

To eliminate dust:

  • Delicately use a very soft brush.

  • For large arrangements - use a hair dryer set on "no heat" at the lowest speed.

  • Spray compressed air (used to clean electronics) onto the dried flowers at a distance.

You should replace your dried arrangements yearly but preserved arrangements should last for years.

Fresh Flower Care

Here are a few tips for keeping your flowers looking fresh and beautiful:

  • Make sure all the flower stems are submerged in water; however, you must remove all the foliage under the water line.

  • Take out any wilting leaves or stems right away.

  • If you have a bouquet, cut 2 cm (diagonally) off the stem after a few days.

  • Replace water regularly.

  • Feed with flower food.

  •  Remember, most flowers last longer in mild temperatures, so don’t place on windowsills in direct sunlight. Try and keep the conditions constant.
