Returns & Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

We do not offer refunds and cancellation of orders once the invoice is final and has been paid.

Please be aware that as we sell natural, hand-made products, every item is unique and may vary in length, size and colour from the image shown.

After receiving your products, should you have any issues, you must contact us via email at nativefloraldesigns@outlook.com within 24 hours ONLY.  Photographic evidence must also be attached to the email within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be in the original packaging which means unused, uncut and in its original condition, as we may require the product to be returned.

Please Note: Due to the fragile nature of dried and preserved flowers, some minor wear may occur during the shipping and delivery process.

No compensation will be provided for damages or faults incurred post-delivery, but if you have any problems please let us know as soon as possible by emailing nativefloraldesigns@outlook.com.


In the event that an ordered product is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange either an exchange, a back order or a full refund.
